The Ecstatic Guitar Theorem

1.Chordal Response: even response, crisp response and definition, balanced chordal weight    4.7
𝑑1 = 4.8   ( 5-n) +1 =1.7 )
2.Individual note decay as well as blended in a chord:  12 sec  approx  sec as note            ~12 sec + with vibrato                   4.8
𝑑2 = 4.9 ( 5-n) +1 =1.8)
3. Basic volume and presence: clear and present, forward projection, heavy mids, calm and even     4.7
𝑑3 =4.9 ( 5-n) +1 =1.7 )
4. Individual note separation and focus: clear, good note separation, wet and dry notes possible, nice focus     4.7
𝑑4 =( 5-n) +1 =1.7 )

5.Systematic sustain:  dark and rich sustain, rich defined overtone series,   4.75
𝑑5 =4.9 ( 5-n) +1 =1.75 )
6. Response compliance: even response, balanced open sound    4.65
𝑑6 =( 4.85 -n) +1 =1.65 )
7. Balance and quality of tone: a bright, balanced sound with swells of darkness, even responsiveness, clear and present sound, good note separation, softer projection, chiming highs, defined harmonics series, warm            4.7
𝑑7 =( 4.8-n) +1 =1.7 )
8. Even strength and balance of each string: strings are balanced and pronounced with a crisp bright focus, dark finish,  good note separation         4.7
𝑑8 =( 4.75-n) +1 =1.7 )
9. Tone projection: even focused forward projection      4.6
𝑑9 =4.9 ( 5-n) +1 =1.6)
10. A large dynamic range: a nice array of dynamics ranging from crisp raspy highs, dark beefy bass, chiming trebles    4.7
𝑑10 =4.85( 5-n) +1 = 1.7 )

11. Tonal bloom:  even shorter bloom cycles       4.6
𝑑11 =4.8( 5-n) +1 =1.6 )

Quality Of Tone

Strings are balanced and pronounced with a crisp bright focus, dark low end finish, swells of darkness, even responsiveness, clear and present sound, good note separation, softer projection, chiming highs, defined harmonics series, warm, balanced chordal weight and focus

Power

∑𝑑 = (𝑑1+𝑑2+𝑑3+𝑑4+𝑑5+𝑑6+𝑑7+𝑑8+𝑑9+𝑑10+𝑑11)= 18.55
𝐏= ∑ 𝐅 ∕ T ∑𝐅=∑𝑑⧹𝐀
P = / T
𝐏 = 18.55./ 22 ≅ 8.4/10 ≅ 84%

Conception

In the spring of 2016 Symphontree Music and Joel Sahlstrom set out to design a new line of guitars using native historical tone woods. We decided to pair a 3000 year old Ancient Spruce top from Prince of Whales Island, Alaska with a vintage aged Sugar Maple from the East Coast.  The guitar is almost completely composed of native American woods which means there are absolutely no issues with travelling or importing the guitar anywhere in the world.

The guitar was finished and delivered to Symphontree Music early March in the constellation of Pisces

Honesty

This is a Sahlstrom original body design, headstock design, rosette, bracing pattern and voice. Borrowed design details would be the arm rest and pin less bridge which have both been integrated on this piece with a Sahlstrom touch.

Gender

Uniquely beautiful and uncommonly stunning, this guitar embodies an experience like no other instrument in the world. It’s vivacious curves, comfortable inviting body and dark dreamy voice invite you to return to her as soon as possible.
