𝑑1 = 4.8   ( 5-n) +1 =1.8 )
2.Individual note decay as well as blended in a chord:
approx  12-14 sec as note                          4.9
𝑑2 = 4.9 ( 5-n) +1 =1.9 )

𝑑3 =4.9 ( 5-n) +1 =1.85)
4. Individual note separation and focus: clear, great note separation, wet and dry notes possible, expert articulation, crisp prominent note focus   4.9
𝑑4 =( 5-n) +1 =1.9 )

5.Systematic sustain:  rich and focused sustain, defined overtone series, professional sustain focus and balance  4.9
𝑑5 =4.9 ( 5-n) +1 =1.9 )
6. Response compliance: fast, energetic, interactive response, open full sound    4.85
𝑑6 =( 4.85 -n) +1 =1.85 )
7. Balance and quality of tone: balanced with a crisp acoustic note shimmery finish, an enthusiastic voice, vibrant, malleable tone, interactive, Chiming harmonics, bellowing harmonics, finger style balanced, aggressive to soft dynamics possible, professional balance            4.9

𝑑10 =4.85( 5-n) +1 = 1.9 )

11. Tonal bloom:  shorter bloom cycles with shimmery finish     4.8
𝑑11 =4.8( 5-n) +1 =1.8 )

Quality Of Tone

A professional instrument with a concert projection but intimate focus making it a great song writing or rehearsing guitar. A nice array of dynamics ranging from crisp raspy highs and lows to open sweet round notes, strings are well balanced and pronounced with a crisp focus, thick and heavy mids and trebles, bass fundamental, rich – crisp highs. Loud, soft, aggressive, powerful, interactive volume, shimmery and deep presence.

Power

∑𝑑 = (𝑑1+𝑑2+𝑑3+𝑑4+𝑑5+𝑑6+𝑑7+𝑑8+𝑑9+𝑑10+𝑑11)= 21.1
𝐏= ∑ 𝐅 ∕ T ∑𝐅=∑𝑑⧹𝐀
P = 20.1 / T
𝐏= 21.1/ 22 ≅ 9.6/10 ≅ 96%

Conception

This guitar was constructed for Antoine Dufour in 2009 to record and tour Dufour’s new album Convergences. This guitar was conceived by both Antoine and Mario to be the first Dufour SJ ever built. The guitar recorded and toured perfectly. Dufour ordered an identical SJ with an arm rest for his next guitar.

Honesty

This is a Beauregard original body, design, voice and geometry. A borrowed element of the guitar would be the floating T brace on the back inspired by Jeff Traugott’s guitars. The sound board was re-finished in a burst in 2011 by Mario Beauregard.

Gender

Super sexy lines and the sweet brown sugar finish make this guitar a more feminine instrument loaded with potent creative energy.
